By creating an account, accessing, or using the Auto Taxi Driver mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or create safety/compliance risks.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may depend on network, device compatibility, and third-party services.
Where applicable:
Review the trip's cash-to-collect amount separately from your net earnings. Credit deductions may include Rider's Map Cost (API and platform charges combined), the applicable insurance charge and commission. Commission is calculated on the basic ride amount, excluding API, platform and insurance charges. Cancellation fees and Driver compensation follow separate applicable cancellation rules.
MMQR top-ups may include a fixed processing charge in addition to the amount credited to your wallet. Check the total in the payment app before authorizing payment. Gift Cards and benefits have their own value, validity and eligibility. Withdrawal requests are processed on bank business days, subject to holidays, account checks and bank results; submission is not a promise of instant payment. Ride volume and overall earnings are not guaranteed.
The App may use real-time and background location to:
Disabling required permissions may limit or prevent core functionality.
Going Offline controls new ride availability; it does not by itself complete or cancel an active trip. Follow the trip's normal steps. Navigation is guidance, not a substitute for road signs or safe driving. Operate your phone only when safe. Emergency Help contacts the AutoTaxi team and is not guaranteed emergency dispatch or a replacement for police, ambulance or other local emergency services.
All App content, software, branding, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the service provider and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose only.
The App may integrate with third-party services (for example maps, navigation, push notification, analytics, and payment-related providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
You may submit an authenticated account-deletion request in the App. We aim to process it manually within 30 calendar days. Active rides, settlement, safety reviews and legally required records may delay or limit erasure; we will provide a completion confirmation.
Archiving is separate from permanent account deletion. A request does not automatically forfeit or transfer Credit or Cash. Pending trips, withdrawals and settlement are reviewed separately. Contact admin@theintnaingtrading.com for access, settlement or request support.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the service provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to App use, service interruptions, third-party services, or user conduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your misuse of the App, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are read together with the mandatory law applicable where AutoTaxi operates. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
