By creating an account, accessing, or using the Auto Taxi mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or create safety/compliance risks.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may depend on network, device compatibility, and third-party services.
Where applicable:
Gift Cards and promotions are subject to their displayed value, validity and eligibility. Sharing a code may let someone else redeem it. Withdrawal requests use supported bank/wallet providers and are processed on bank business days, subject to holidays, account checks and bank results. Submission is not an instant-payment promise.
The App may use location, subject to permission, to:
Disabling required permissions may limit or prevent core functionality.
Live pickup sharing and Trip Share are optional and can be stopped. Anyone with an active share link can see the trip details exposed by that link. Emergency Help contacts the AutoTaxi team and depends on connectivity and service availability. It is not guaranteed emergency dispatch or a replacement for police, ambulance or other local emergency services.
All App content, software, branding, logos, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the service provider and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for its intended purpose only.
The App may integrate with third-party services (for example maps, navigation, push notification, analytics, and payment-related providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:
You may submit an authenticated account-deletion request in the App. We aim to process it manually within 30 calendar days. Active rides, settlement, safety reviews and legally required records may delay or limit erasure; we will provide a completion confirmation.
Archiving is separate from permanent account deletion. A request does not automatically forfeit or transfer a Group Wallet balance, and cannot erase another member's records. Contact admin@theintnaingtrading.com for help with access, settlement or your request's progress.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the extent permitted by law, the service provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to App use, service interruptions, third-party services, or user conduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service provider and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your misuse of the App, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are read together with the mandatory law applicable where AutoTaxi operates. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
